Cruel Hand, Terror and Madball are working on new albums, so keep your ears to the ground!

Next up: the summer! We will be playing a whole bunch of shows this summer. If we’re not playing anywhere near you, go to your local promotor and make it happen, or just do it yourself! We have shows with Agnostic Front, Cro-Mags, Earth Crisis and a couple of fests. Life is good. Check out the schedule.

We’re also working on a tour this fall/winter and we vaguely are thinking about some riffs that we want to write for any future releases.

After this we won’t be taking a break, we just got word that we’re joining the Madball tour in February/ March next year. This tour will also feature Terror, Death Before Dishonor and Cruel Hand. There’s not one shitty band on that tour so no reason to sleep on this one, move your butts. Keep on checking for more dates.

We’re proud to announce that ‘Torchbearer’ will hit the stores on June 12. Preorders have started, so head over to the GSR website and get some free stuff with the special preorder package. A lot of people were siked about the teasers we put on our youtube channel. We’re really siked about this record and it is cool te get so much support from everybody. You can find an mp3 of our new album on our myspace page and on the GSR website. Check out ‘Hostile Eyes’ from our upcoming album ‘Torchbearer’. Some of you may already heard it when we played it live. We got some good reactions to it, which is awesomly cool! Spread the word!

Last weekend was cool playing some shows in Germany and Belgium with Reign Supreme, CDC, Born From Pain, War From a Harlots Mouth and Walls of Jericho. Reign Supreme is currently touring with 50 Lions, don’t be lazy, go and check ‘em out. A personal revelation for me this weekend was War From A Harlots Mouth, metalcore with some crazy influences in the mix. This is gonna be huge, mark my words. Don’t sleep on this!

DRA Entertainment will take care of the vinyl release of our Crawl & Reign EP. We’re taking care of the layout for the 7 inch this week.

We’re also finishing up the artwork. We used some awesome work from Dennis ‘damnengine’ Sibbeijn again. That dude makes some great work. Check out his work on the Monument website and his personal site.

After the album is released we will embark on another adventure throughout Europe. We will be touring Europe again in July. First of all we want to thank everybody that came to our release show last friday. It was amazing and we had a blast. Cool sets from all the bands that played. It was cool to hang out with our friends and see everyone going nuts during our set. We’re glad the Crawl & Reign ep is finally out. We heard some cool stuff about it already and are happy people like the new stuff.

As you might have noticed, the new website is online. Keep on checking this for show updates and news. We also have a blog so we can keep posting some stuff that’s on our mind while we’re on the road or in the studio.

Right now we are in the studio in Denmark together with Jacob Olsen who worked with Born From Pain, Hatesphere, Moonspell, Gorefest, … . So we’re really stoked to be here. We got about 13 songs we want to record and we’ll see which ones will make the album, only the heaviest of the heavy will make the cut. Expect some in your face material. This time we really want to bring the vibe from our live shows on to the recordings in order to bring you the heaviest and most aggressive material we ever wrote.
